Position Summary
ERP Administrator – SAP B1 Technical provides technical consultation and support in ERP Systems,
ranging from backup to virtualization, Database management.
Key Duties & Responsibilities
- Provide technical support for the ERP related to configuration of company structures, accounting
models, problem resolution, systems testing, development, training, and documentation - Collaborate with other in-house application support team members to find solutions for further
development of business processes within the application - Liaise with business and technical staff and extended support organizations for resolution of ERP
software and database problems - Development of test scenarios and monitoring of testing activities prior to changes being
implementation to the production environment - Perform screen, table and program modifications as needed in accordance with change
management policies - Knowledge of end-to-end business processes
- Maintaining SQL / HANA Backups
- User support with respect to SAP related queries
- Knowledge in DTW, SQL and SAP Hana query
- Able to develop and deploy reports using crystal reports in SAP B1.
- Crystal Reports preparation
- Customize and Develop Reports in Excel Report, Crystal Report.
- Developing PLDs, Query Print Layouts.
- Writing SQL Queries and Store Procedures.
- Maintaining SBO backups, SQL / HANA Backup and Restore
- Maintaining SQL / HANA backups and restoring backup as testing database for testing purpose
- Migrating Master Data and Transactional Data using Data Transfer Workbench (DTW)
- To create UDF, UDT, FMS as per user requirement
- Auto mail configuration as per requirement.

Education - Associates degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
Experience - Minimum 2 years of Experience
Functional / Technical Competencies & Skillsets - Crystal Reports with SAP B1
- HANA Database
- SQL server 2012 / 2014 & above
- Excellent communication skills – Excellent questioning, listening, investigation, understanding and
