Position Summary
The position will be responsible to oversee the configuration, maintenance and strategic utilization
of our multi-legislative ERP systems. This hybrid role combines technical administration with
business process leadership and will be responsible for managing cross-functional teams,
ensuring system alignment with business goals, and driving efficiency across operations in
finance, inventory and manufacturing modules.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Collaborate with department leaders (finance, operations, manufacturing, sales) to align
    ERP capabilities with business processes.
  • Monitor system upgrades, patches, integrations, and ensure data integrity and system
    performance.
  • Oversee integration with other systems, (e.g., CRM, WMS, BiTools) via web services or
    middleware.
  • Develop and deliver user training and support to ensure effective system usage.
  • Ensure high levels of user adoption and system utilization.
  • Identify and drive opportunities for automation and process improvement using the ERP
    system.
  • Provide technical support for Sage ERP related to configuration of company structures,
    accounting models, problem resolution, and development.
  • Manage and maintain Sage X3 environments including production and testing.
  • Sage Functional configuration hands-on, starting from requirement gathering to release.
  • Sage Multi legislation experience.

TRAVEL REQUIREMENTS:

  • Travel to the different Company locations to address technical issues or implement projects
    as required.

EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information System, or related field.
  • Overall 5+ years of hands-on experience with Sage X3, including system administration and
    module configuration, with a strong track record of success.
  • Strong understanding of business processes in finance, manufacturing, project management
    or supply chain.

SPECIFIC KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, LICENSES, CERTIFICATIONS, ETC:

  • Experience with system integrations.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
  • Experience with change management and user adoption strategies.
  • Experience with multi-legislation environments.
  • Knowledge of SQL, Crystal Reports.
  • Very Good Knowledge of Sage version 12 and its web-based architecture. Hands on.
  • Sage Certification is added advantage.
