Position Summary
The position will be responsible to oversee the configuration, maintenance and strategic utilization
of our multi-legislative ERP systems. This hybrid role combines technical administration with
business process leadership and will be responsible for managing cross-functional teams,
ensuring system alignment with business goals, and driving efficiency across operations in
finance, inventory and manufacturing modules.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Collaborate with department leaders (finance, operations, manufacturing, sales) to align
ERP capabilities with business processes. - Monitor system upgrades, patches, integrations, and ensure data integrity and system
performance. - Oversee integration with other systems, (e.g., CRM, WMS, BiTools) via web services or
middleware. - Develop and deliver user training and support to ensure effective system usage.
- Ensure high levels of user adoption and system utilization.
- Identify and drive opportunities for automation and process improvement using the ERP
system. - Provide technical support for Sage ERP related to configuration of company structures,
accounting models, problem resolution, and development. - Manage and maintain Sage X3 environments including production and testing.
- Sage Functional configuration hands-on, starting from requirement gathering to release.
- Sage Multi legislation experience.

TRAVEL REQUIREMENTS:
- Travel to the different Company locations to address technical issues or implement projects
as required.
EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information System, or related field.
- Overall 5+ years of hands-on experience with Sage X3, including system administration and
module configuration, with a strong track record of success. - Strong understanding of business processes in finance, manufacturing, project management
or supply chain.
SPECIFIC KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, LICENSES, CERTIFICATIONS, ETC:
- Experience with system integrations.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Experience with change management and user adoption strategies.
- Experience with multi-legislation environments.
- Knowledge of SQL, Crystal Reports.
- Very Good Knowledge of Sage version 12 and its web-based architecture. Hands on.
- Sage Certification is added advantage.
